Last updated: 18 August 2026. This policy explains what personal data Sementes da Fé UK collects when you visit en-uk.sementesdafe.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. It is written to meet the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, LGPD), because the company that operates this site is established in Brazil.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is GNOMO DIGITAL SOLUÇÕES WEB LTDA (trading as GNOMO DIGITAL MÍDIA), registered in Brazil under CNPJ 47.167.102/0001-60, with a registered address at Rua Pedro Delmanto Sobrinho, 196, Vila Maria, 18.611-355, Botucatu – São Paulo, Brazil.
We do not have a permanent establishment in the United Kingdom or in the European Economic Area. If you are in the UK or the EEA and want to exercise your rights, you can contact us through the channels in section 10 and we will answer you directly.
2. What we are not
Sementes da Fé UK is an editorial website. We are not a bank, a lender, a broker, a credit intermediary or an insurance provider, we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and we do not receive, process or store credit applications. We never ask for bank details, card numbers, passwords or copies of identity documents. If any page, message or person asks you for that in our name, treat it as fraud.
3. What data we collect
3.1 Data you give us

- Technical and access data: IP address, approximate region derived from it, date and time of access, pages viewed, referring page, browser and operating system, device type and screen size.
- Behaviour data: scroll depth, clicks and navigation paths, collected in aggregate for audience measurement.
- Advertising data: identifiers used by our advertising partners to select and measure the ads shown to you, as described in section 6.
We do not knowingly collect special category data (health, religion, ethnicity, political opinions, sexual orientation, biometrics) and we ask you not to include that kind of information in the contact form.

5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and comparable technologies to keep the site working, to understand how it is used and to support advertising. Essential cookies are always active because the site cannot function without them. Analytics and advertising cookies depend on your choice. Full details, including categories, purposes and retention periods, are in our Cookie Policy. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, although some features may stop working.
6. Third parties that process data through this site
We share the minimum necessary with the providers below. Each of them acts under its own privacy terms and we recommend that you read them.
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited — Google AdSense and Google DoubleClick for advertising delivery and measurement, and Google Search Console for indexing diagnostics. Google may use cookies and advertising identifiers to show personalised ads. You can review and change your ad settings at adssettings.google.com and opt out of personalised advertising at youronlinechoices.com.
- Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft Clarity, used to measure how pages are read (scrolling, clicks and aggregated session recordings). Clarity masks text fields by default.
- Advertising networks contracted by us — partners that fill the ad slots on the site and, when applicable, the reward format that offers extended access after watching an advert. They receive only technical and advertising data, never the content of your messages.
- Hosting and content delivery providers — used to serve the pages and to protect the site against attacks and abusive traffic.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with data brokers.
7. International transfers
Our providers are established mainly in the United States and in the European Union, and our own company is in Brazil. This means your data may be transferred outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the safeguards permitted by law, namely the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and adequacy decisions where they apply. Brazil has been recognised by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of protection for personal data.
8. How long we keep data
- Contact form messages: up to 24 months after the conversation ends, then deleted.
- Server access logs: up to 12 months, for security and abuse investigation.
- Analytics data: up to 26 months in aggregated form.
- Advertising and cookie data: for the lifetime of each cookie, as listed in the Cookie Policy, or until you withdraw consent.
- Records needed to prove compliance or defend a claim: for as long as the applicable limitation period requires.
9. Your rights
Under the UK and EU GDPR you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. Under the LGPD (Art. 18) you additionally have the right to confirmation that processing exists, to anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, to information about with whom your data has been shared, and to information about the consequences of refusing consent.
We answer requests within one month under the UK and EU GDPR, and within 15 days for LGPD requests, and we may ask for information that helps us confirm your identity before acting.
10. How to contact us and how to complain
To exercise any of the rights above, to report an inaccuracy in an article or to ask a privacy question, use our contact page or write to the postal address in section 1. Please tell us which right you are exercising so that we can route your request correctly.
If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to a supervisory authority: in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk; in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country of residence; in Brazil, the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
11. Children
This site is aimed at adults and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Security and incidents
We use HTTPS across the whole site, keep the platform and its components updated, restrict administrative access and monitor for abusive traffic. No system is completely immune, so if an incident occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights we will notify the competent authority and, where the law requires it, the people affected.
13. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced on the home page for a reasonable period. Continuing to use the site after a change means you are aware of the version then in force.
