Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 August 2026. These terms govern your use of en-uk.sementesdafe.com. By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not agree with any part, please stop using the site.

1. Who runs this site

This site is published by GNOMO DIGITAL SOLUÇÕES WEB LTDA (GNOMO DIGITAL MÍDIA), CNPJ 47.167.102/0001-60, Rua Pedro Delmanto Sobrinho, 196, Vila Maria, 18.611-355, Botucatu – São Paulo, Brazil. You can reach us through the contact page.

2. What this site is — and what it is not

Sementes da Fé UK publishes free editorial guides about loans, credit cards, financial apps, insurance and job opportunities. Everything here is general information for educational purposes.

We are not a bank, lender, broker, credit intermediary, insurance provider or employment agency. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, we do not carry out regulated activities, we do not assess your eligibility, we do not approve or refuse applications and we are not part of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Nothing on this site is a personal recommendation or financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Before taking out any product, read the provider’s own documentation and, if you need advice, speak to an authorised adviser.

3. Accuracy and changes

We research every article before publishing and we try to keep figures up to date, but interest rates, fees, eligibility criteria, promotional conditions and vacancies change frequently and without notice. Always confirm the current terms directly with the institution before you apply. If you spot an error, tell us and we will correct or remove the passage.

4. Free access and no payments

All content is free to read. We never charge for access, we never ask for an advance fee, a deposit, a transfer or card details in order for you to apply for any product, and we do not sell financial products. If anyone contacts you in our name asking for money or sensitive data, it is a scam: do not pay, and let us know.

5. Links to other websites

Our articles link to banks, lenders, comparison services, government bodies and employers so that you can check information at the source. Those sites are independent of us. We do not control their content, their security or their commercial terms, and we are not responsible for them. Some links may be commercial, meaning we can earn a commission if you complete an action — this never changes what we write, and it never adds a cost to you.

6. Advertising

The site is funded by advertising, including formats supplied by Google and by other networks we contract. Some formats can require an interaction, such as watching a short advert, to release extended access to the site. Advertising is separate from our editorial content; advertisers do not choose or review our articles.

7. Intellectual property

Texts, layout, graphics and the Sementes da Fé name and logo belong to us or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts for information or study purposes provided you credit the source and link back to the original page. Reproducing entire articles, republishing them on other sites or using them to train automated systems without our written authorisation is not permitted. Third-party brands mentioned in our articles belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products discussed.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its accounts or its infrastructure.
  • Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload the site.
  • Do not upload or transmit malicious code.
  • Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or misleading content through our forms.
  • Do not present yourself as a representative of Sementes da Fé UK.

We may restrict access where we detect abuse, and we may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities.

9. Availability

We work to keep the site online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, updates, hosting failures or events beyond our control may make the site temporarily unavailable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you take based on our content, for losses arising from products contracted with third parties, or for damage caused by the unavailability of the site or by content published on external websites. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the site or in the law. The date at the top shows the version in force, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, the law of the country in which the publisher is established, and the courts of Botucatu, São Paulo, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings before your local courts.
